Hi, I'm Sandra.

I'm a User Experience Designer based in Canada, with three years of experience in UX and UI design. I'm proficient in user research, interaction design, usability testing, and designing for SaaS, IoT, B2B, and B2C. Driven by my interests in psychology, inclusion and accessibility, I'm confident working in both agile and waterfall environments.

My career began in sales, but I soon realized my true passion lies in combining my sales expertise with design. This led me to pursue a path where I can creatively solve problems and design solutions that meet the needs of both users and businesses.

Outside work, I find inspiration in filmmaking, swimming, and cycling, which bring fresh perspectives to my design process.

I thrive on the unique challenges of each project and love developing innovative solutions. Understanding the problem fully before solving it is key; hence, I’m passionate about user research and interaction design.
Favourite design tools
Miro helps me brainstorm, collaborate, and visualize concepts. Figma offers a seamless design experience, while Axure RP provides powerful prototyping capabilities. I rely on Pendo for its valuable insights.
